Windows Movie Maker Question..? (WQ inside)?

I want to upload a tribute video I made onto youtube. But when I do it says, "This file is a Microsoft MoveMaker project file (.MSWMM). Please return to your project and export your movie in .WMV format." But it doesn't have the .WMV format. What do I do?
