How do I put a video from my digital camera to myspace main page?

I have a video that I recorded of my 15 month old just starting to walk and I would like to share it with his grandparents and aunts and uncle. I just need to know specifically, (I am not an computer illiterate, I am just not to up on the http etc. codes). Help. Any istance is appreciated. Thanks.
