Will I get in trouble with these fireworks? (Chicago)?

The worst place to shoot them is in the park. People will get annoyed and call the police or the police might see you. try and do it more away from the inner city. You won't get in much trouble if you do get caught as long as you are not being stupid and are on private property. Fountains and smoke bombs are legal so don't worry about that. If you know someone that lives on a farm or big open area more away from people, you won't get it trouble.
