I weigh 268 lbs.i need to get to 194.I am a male.Does anyone know a good dietary plan for me?

Needing to lose some weight so that i may enlist in the Army.Does anyone know a good exercise plan and foods to eat.Something basic and easy to do.Im about to start taking fish oil pills called The Burn,Ripped Fuel extreme, and Amino fuel
