What did the ancient Hittite king Suppiluliuma have in common with Europe of 1358 and 1360?

Suppiluliuma was arguably the greatest king of the Hittites. He greatly explanded the territory of his empire from Anatolia well into Syria, subjugating the Mitanni, and threatening Egypt's holdings in Asia, and ultimately, Egypt herself.
