If someone offered you Peyton Manning in a trade, would you do it?

My trade offer is that I would receive Peyton Manning & Ladell Betts & I would give up Matt Helbeck & Kevin Smith. Take the trade or not? In this league, there is 2 QB, 3 WR, 3 RB, 2 TE, 1 W/T, 1 W/R, 2 DEF, & 4 BN. My QBs are currently Helbeck, Bulger, & Warner. My RBs are currently Westbrook, Jones-Drew, Jamal Lewis, Kevin Smith, & Chester Taylor.
