I am really trying to get into shape but I HATE RUNNING!!! Does anyone know of any other cardio I can do?

I have a gym membership but all I do is attend the kickboxing cl which is only offered once a week. I know working out once a week wont get me anywhere anytime soon. I hate treadmills and I hate running period. I really don't know much about what foods to stay away from either; so if you have any suggestions please send them my way. Thanks in advance!!
