THIS IS TOTALLY URGENT!!!!! PLZ HELP!!!?

Okay my best friend started going out with this girl im in love with and he knew i loved her, they started going out three days ago on a saturday and they said they loved each other on the track that we walk on for recess and i got so mad i banged my head on the football goal a couple times and my head started to bleed then they asked what was wrong and i said the world sucks and everyone in it because im really mad and sad and i dont know what to do :'( someone plz guide me.
