Hero Creator?????????

i have a project to create a superhero and i was thinking of doing a guy called Saint Man because Saint man is a dude that went to the superbowl and became Saint Man [long story of telling how] and you know since the Saints won but the question is do you guys know any website that has a creater where i can design a person like put the Saint colors and symbol or atleast tell me if this is a good idea.Thanks 10 points if you help.
