What is a good idea for maekup for 13 year olds with brown eyes and fair skin?

I really want to look good, and all my other friends can make their eyes look so amazing, and all I wear is brown eyeliner and black mascara. I want something to make my eyes pop, and something different, without being a slut or tramp with like green and blue eyeshadow. Can you please help me??
