State of AR Child custody for unwed parents?

unless you abuse alcohol, drugs, dont have a stable living environment etc there is no chance in hell that he will get sole custody. YOU are the mother. And if he does by chnce take you to court he will only have limited access if you are feeding, a judge will make him come to you to see his child etc and he cant take the baby far from home due to feeds etc. I think he is just calling your bluff so relax and enjoy your pregnancy!
