If the Qu'ran and the bible and the torah all have the same message why do the religions slander each other?

Like actually if somone were to read all 3 books they would see 3 differences. the bible favours jesus, the Qu'ran favours Muhammed(saw) and the torah favours moses. so if you saw these 3 messengers praying to god would you not be a christian muslim jew?
