It's safe to say it was less than 130 years. This is how old Adam was when he had his son Seth. Seth was Adam's 3rd son. Cain and Abel were his first, but it doesn't say how old he was when he had them, and he had them right after the fall. So I'd venture to say it was it was 100 years or less.
