How are you dealing with annoying (although well-meaning) "Have you had that baby yet?!?!?" calls?

I'm 40 weeks + 2 days and am on the brink of insanity with the daily calls and emails and text messages from people asking "Have you had that baby yet?" "Soooo...baby????" and "Anything?????" I know it's well intended, but it's extremely annoying. Anyone have any polite, but effective, ways of stopping these inquiries?
