Greyhound has my money! Help?

Hey guys, i am a avid biker and i tend to buy/sell stuff through pink-bike.com. i sent out a shock from my bike for 240 dollars and when i sent it COD to the guy greyhound didn't ask for my info just the guy i was sending it to. i thought they already had me in the system so they would know where to send the money my way. So its been about 6 months and i don't have my money, but i have the receipt still, i called greyhound but they wont call back, does anyone know if there is a email i can contact them at?
